About Us

Pacific Preservation is a full-service architecture and historic preservation firm based in the Columbia River Gorge, dedicated to making thoughtful design accessible to rural communities. Historic preservation projects present some of the A/E industry’s greatest challenges, and we thrive on collaboration and problem solving to achieve client goals while meeting the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards.

Our team partners with public agencies, non-profits, private property owners, facilities managers, and tradespeople on projects of all sizes. We bring our regional expertise to the unique challenges buildings face in the Pacific Northwest and beyond.

In addition to preservation work, we offer design services for new residential construction and accessory dwelling units (ADUs), with a focus on aligning projects with local codes to streamline permitting.
